One Year Limited Warranty
All our products are entirely handmade in Florence with close attention to detail and quality. We stand behind our work and offer a one year limited warranty covering defects related to construction and materials.
This warranty covers issues arising from the manufacturing process, including flaws in the leather, reinforcements, stitching, or hardware. In the unlikely event that a defect is found, we commit to repairing or replacing the product once it has been inspected by our team.

Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and aging, which are natural characteristics of leather products.
It also does not cover damage resulting from improper use or use for purposes other than those for which the product was designed.
Damage caused by chewing, biting, or scratching by the animal is not covered.
Products that have been customized, including personalization with names or decorative studs, are not eligible for replacement. Repairs may be evaluated on a case by case basis.
