Exchanges and Returns Policy

Exchanges

Exchanges are intended for cases such as incorrect size or color selection.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

Shipping costs to return the original item and to send the replacement item are not covered by Florenze.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will prepare the replacement product. The shipping cost for the new item will be charged once it is ready to be sent.

If the replacement product has a lower price than the original item, the price difference will be deducted from the shipping cost. Any remaining balance will be communicated and charged via a secure payment link before shipment.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference will be charged before the new item is shipped.

 

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary and may take a few days depending on your payment provider.
